Charm Decays as Evidence for Charged Higgs Bosons

چکیده

It is suggested that the recent anomalous data on Cabibbo-suppressed charm decays can be interpreted as a manifestation of a charged Higgs boson. If this were true, it would be the first experimental detection of a Higgs contribution. At the least, it demonstrates that large, interesting Higgs (i.e., scalar) contributions are consistent with present experimental constraints.
